These terms govern your use of Bagfolio, including player cards, community features, and tag orders.

Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bagfolio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Bagfolio.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create misleading player cards.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Bagfolio a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve Bagfolio. You confirm that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
Do not post illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material. Do not expose another person’s private information, spam members, scrape the service, bypass access controls, upload malware, or interfere with Bagfolio. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Moderation
We may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary for safety or compliance. We are not obligated to monitor every post and cannot guarantee that all content will be accurate or appropriate.
Orders and payments
Prices, availability, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Orders are also governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Third-party products and links
Golf-club names, brands, and external links are provided for identification and convenience. Bagfolio is not sponsored by or affiliated with those brands unless expressly stated. Third-party sites and products are governed by their own terms and policies.
Bagfolio property
The Bagfolio name, logo, site design, software, and original materials belong to Bagfolio or its licensors. These Terms do not give you permission to copy or misuse them.
Disclaimers and limits
Bagfolio is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services or user content. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Bagfolio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
