Bagfolio responds to clear reports of copyright infringement involving content hosted on the service.

Submitting a notice
Email contact@getbagfolio.com with: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact Bagfolio URL or content you want removed; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We may request additional information, remove or restrict access to reported material, notify the member who posted it, and take action against repeat infringers. Knowingly sending a false or misleading notice may create liability.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email us with the removed content, its former location, why you believe removal was mistaken, your contact information, the legally required consent and jurisdiction statements, and your signature. Consider speaking with a lawyer before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
