Your information belongs to you.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating and using Bagfolio, including your email address, account name, player-card details, hometown, handicap, equipment, courses played, profile photos, social links, Clubhouse posts and comments, and messages you send us.

If you place an order, Stripe processes payment information. Bagfolio may receive order details such as payment status, product, amount, email, and shipping information, but Bagfolio does not receive or store your complete card number.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting, authentication, storage, payment, and course-search providers may process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, timestamps, security logs, and service activity to operate and protect Bagfolio.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, player cards, QR-code destinations, Playing Partners, and the Clubhouse.
• Process and fulfill tag orders.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and maintain the service.
• Respond to support, privacy, copyright, and safety requests.
• Improve Bagfolio and communicate important service updates.

Public information

Player cards are designed to be shared. Information placed on a public player card—including your name, hometown, photo, equipment, courses, and social links—may be viewed by anyone with the link or tag. Clubhouse posts, comments, and uploaded photos may be visible to other eligible Bagfolio members. Do not post information you want to keep private.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers including Supabase for accounts and data storage, Stripe for payments, and hosting and course-search providers. They may process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or Bagfolio, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for orders, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, and backups. We use access controls, HTTPS, authenticated database rules, and specialized providers, but no online service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You can edit most player-card information from your dashboard and delete your own Clubhouse posts. To request access to or deletion of your account and associated information, visit Delete My Account or email contact@getbagfolio.com. Some order and transaction records may be retained when legally required.

Children

Bagfolio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Bagfolio changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to contact@getbagfolio.com.
